Azoran is a stylized character built with a strong focus on concept fidelity and visual balance.
This project was driven by the challenge of matching the reference as closely as possible, translating the original concept into a fully realized 3D character while preserving its aggressive attitude, proportions, and material language.

The character was sculpted in ZBrush, with attention to anatomy, facial expression, and surface damage.
Modeling , retopo , refinement and scene setup were completed in Maya.
Texturing was done in Substance Painter, using layered materials to achieve worn metals, dirty fabrics, and blood-stained surfaces.
Final lighting and rendering were completed in Maya with Arnold, focusing on mood and dramatic contrast.
